■ Unloading platform (also known as loading and unloading platform, unloading dock or cargo platform, cargo platform height adjustment plate, etc.). It is an important component of the entire facility process of the enterprise. The loading and unloading platform is the starting and ending point of the material circulation process in the facility. The platform is a bridge design used to connect the cargo platform and the gap at the rear of the truck during loading and unloading operations. Various types of trucks have their tails higher or lower than the cargo platform. The loading and unloading platform will rise and fall to overlap with the rear of the truck, allowing forklifts to freely enter and exit the truck for safe and smooth transportation operations.
■ Modern loading and unloading platforms are usually equipped with cargo platform height adjustment plates, which are one of the auxiliary equipment for industrial logistics handling and loading and unloading. Usually (embedded) installed in the loading and unloading dock to adjust the height difference and gap between the loading and unloading dock and the transport truck. Ensure that handling tools (such as motorized forklifts or manual hydraulic pallet trucks) can enter and exit the truck compartment smoothly for material loading and unloading work.
■ The base is fixed to the loading and unloading platform, and the load-bearing board is divided into a main board and a landing board. When in use, the main board is lifted by the power system. After the main board is fully raised, the landing board begins to lift. When the landing board is raised to the same level as the main board, the lifting stops and instead descends to overlap with the vehicle phase bottom board. At this point, the bridge between the loading and unloading platform and the truck has been overlapped, and the moving tools can be quickly and safely transported back and forth to work in the carriage.
